Wynwood Oven and Wine By The Bay have the pleasure of hosting Mauro Maugliani for a dinner based of the famous and still undiscovered Lambrusco, the red wine of the Parma and Reggio Emilia area that is considered the food valley of Italy.
We will dine with :
Medici Ermete “I Quercioli” extra dry lambrusco paired with a our 50/50 Parma plate of different cold cuts and cheese from the region, including our rare 60 months old Parmesan Cheese.
Medici Ermete “Solo Reggiano Rosso” paired with Torta fritta and mortadella, the local typical dish of Parma’s farmland.
Medici Ermete “Concerto” single vineyard lambrusco paired with lasagna.
Medici Ermete “Dolce” paired with berries and ice-cream
Seating is limited.
