Orlando Pecchenino is our host for an unforgettable night.

The Pecchenino family has been growers and wine makers in Barolo since the end of the 1700’s and the wines that Orlando makes are the reflection of 250 years of legacy.

With Orlando we will taste:

  • PECCHENINO DOLCETTO DI DOGLIANI SAN LUIGI ’16 paired with a Soufflé of Parmesan Cheese and Zucchini;
  • PECCHENINO DOLCETTO DI DOGLIANI SIRI D’JERMU ’15;
  • PECCHENINO DOGLIANI BRICCO BOTTI ’12 paired with “Tuna of Rabbit,” an ancient recipe from his land;
  • PECCHENINO BAROLO SAN GIUSEPPE ’13; and
  • PECCHENINO BAROLO BUSSIA ’13 paired with Short-ribs braised in Barolo, Porcini Mushrooms and Risotto in a Beets reduction.
